What can/should I bring into the event?
You should bring your ID. We do not recommend bringing many items to carry. There will be some walking around so wear comfortable shoes. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Speaking of comfortable shoes, what is the dress code?
While we do not expect students to where professional attire, please bear in mind that you will be meeting many different recruiters and admissions members. Business casual is always safe.
Can we bring guests?
Any attendees must be registered for the conference. The only exception is for high school students, in which case one parent/guardian may accompany you to the conference.
**FOR EXHIBITORS: Your exhibitor table allows for two (2) individuals. Any additional members from your organization who wish to attend the summit must register.
**FOR SPONSORS: If your sponsorship package includes complimentary registrations, any additional members from your organization who wish to attend the summit must register.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Any questions or concerns should be submitted via this website!
What is the refund policy?
Generally, refunds are available until January 23, 2018. *The refund policy for sponsors, exhibitors and/or advertisers is detailed below.
I'm not participating in an application cycle next year, why can't I have a mock interview?
We want mock interviews to be as beneficial as possible and we have limited mock interviewers. Because of this, we are limiting mock interviews, during the Summit, to students who will be soon applying to health professional schools. Don't worry, there will be plenty of other things to do at the Summit and hopefully we will be able to provide you the same experience when you are about to apply!
How do I submit my organization's advertisement?
All advertisements must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by February 1, 2018.
What format does the advertisement need to be submitted in?
Please save all advertisements, logos, etc. with your organization as the first part of the file name and the place where the file is intended (i.e. “yourorganization_SummitAd,” “yourorganization_SummitShirtlogo,” etc.) and send as an email attachment.
Ads/logos need to be submitted in “ready-for-print” format. We will not format, modify or adjust any advertisements or logos.
How do we make in-kind donations?
There are options for each listed in-kind donation on the registration page. Once received, we will reach out to you to coordinate further. If you are interested in a donation not listed, please contact us to let us know what in-kind donation you are interested in.
Why don't in-kind donors receive a complimentary registration to the summit?
We value all of our donors. With in-kind donations specifically, there is a wide range of partnership opportunities available and not all would receive complimentary registration. We erred on the side of caution when creating our publications but will handle in-kind donations on an individual basis.
What's the refund policy?
Because we depend on sponsorships to pay for different parts of the events throughout the planning process, we are unable to refund sponsorships received.
What if we want to make a sponsorship/donation different than those listed?
No problem! Contact usand we will be more than happy to work with you to craft a sponsorship that you are interested in.
